I’M Caroline,
I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, stress, and the pressure of trying to keep up with life while feeling like you’re falling behind internally.
In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns driving anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm, including how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses interact to keep you stuck.
From there, we’ll begin helping your nervous system shift out of survival mode so things feel more steady, grounded, and manageable in your day-to-day life.
Over time, you’ll build practical tools to help you navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions with more clarity, calm, and confidence - both in and outside of therapy.
My goal is to help you move from chronic anxiety, overwhelm, and mental overload toward a more grounded version of yourself - one where you can think more clearly, respond instead of react, and feel more in control of your internal experience.
