I am in-network with and accept the following insurance plans:

• Aetna

• Harvard Pilgrim (Point32Health)

• Blue Cross & Blue Shield

• UnitedHealthCare

• Mass General Brigham

I only accept commercial insurance plans at this time. I do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or MassHealth Products.

Fees

Clients who choose to pay privately (self-pay) may do so at the following rates:

• $165 – Intake Evaluation (this occurs one time per calendar year)

• $140 – 60-Minute Psychotherapy Session

• $125 – 45-Minute Psychotherapy Session

Out of Network

If you choose to pay out of pocket or use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

If you choose to self-pay, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of your treatment, in accordance with the No Surprises Act. This estimate is provided to help you understand and plan for your care.
