Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

If you do not plan to use insurance (or you are uninsured), federal law requires me to provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session.

I, Caroline Green, LMHC, will deliver your personalized Good Faith Estimate directly through my secure client portal (or via secure email) within the required timeframe. It will include expected session frequency, my fees, and the total anticipated cost for up to the next 12 months of care.

If you are ever billed $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
