I’ve spent years supporting individuals in public school settings, community mental-health clinics, and private practice, so I deeply understand the real-world pressures of academic stress, burnout, and life transitions - and exactly what helps.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Education and Counseling. I’m committed to lifelong learning so I can bring the best care to my clients. These are some trainings I’ve completed:

  • ACT Trainings that helps clients develop psychological flexibility - the ability to engage with thoughts and emotions in a way that fosters meaningful action rather than avoidance.

  • Neuropsychotherapy trainings that help integrate neuroscience into therapy. Techniques to rewire brain pathways for healing anxiety & depression - practical strategies that regulate emotions, and calm the nervous system.

  • Neuroscience trainings to help improve clients feeling stuck in “false alarm” states.

  • Evidence-based approaches to alleviate anxiety, treating distressing thoughts, and utilization of grounding techniques.

  • ACT for Perfectionism - training teaching skills and knowledge to help clients manage perfectionism, fostering a more effective and fulfilling life.
